A Winning BBQ!

Our Head Pitmaster began learning the art of BBQ at the age of five when he would be responsible for hauling the wood to the fire pit for his older brother to build the fire, his older brother then would get the coals just right for their father to begin the cooking. As he grew older, in addition to hauling the wood, he was given the responsibility of building the fire, and then progressing to the cooking process.  Years later Holy Smokers BBQ emerged and began competing in professional BBQ.  Holy Smokers BBQ has won many awards for their delicious Que! They still compete each summer when time permits at various locations In Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois.

Why settle for BBQ that just don't measure up.  Years of proven success cooking BBQ Low & Slow for that flavor that can't be matched.  No matter the occasion, nothing shows how much you care for your guest than quality Low & Slow BBQ.  Let's not just think about the delicious mouthwatering BBQ.
